Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Bradley, and I’m here to help you achieve your swimming goals. Originally from England, I bring over 12 years of coaching experience, both in and out of the pool. As a qualified ASCA strength and conditioning coach, I’ve worked with athletes from diverse backgrounds to unlock their full potential.
I’ve proudly represented England in the 100m breaststroke, competing at a national level. After taking a break to focus on my career, I returned to masters swimming in 2022 with a unique goal: to achieve a personal best with fewer hours in the pool. Through focused dry-land training, I not only surpassed my all-time personal best but also set national and state masters records.
My philosophy is simple: with the right balance of strength, mobility, and conditioning, swimmers can achieve incredible results both in and out of the water. I’m passionate about sharing this approach with you through Swim Strength Performance.
